Computer keeps on freezing?

I need help on my computer because today when i turned it on it was working fine. When i played LoL my computer froze and had like red dots green dots and etc. It made a noisy sound on the speakers. I restarted it and did the same thing on the LoL game and then when ever I turn it on now and restart the computer the computer keeps freezing. I have no idea what to do
