hun if you conceived on april 22 and your still getting a negative pregnancy test than your not pregnant. your body can sometimes trick itself into thinking its pregnant. at this stage there would most deffinately be enough hcg in your urine to detect pregnant. IF you still think your pregnant go to a doctor get a blood test and they will tell you if you are or not. If your one of those people that still won't believe the blood test get an ultra sound done you would deffinately be able to see something. The chances of you being pregnant and not showing up on a urine test are 1% especially at the stage that you would be at now. There are many other factors that contribute to missing a period or getting an irregular period. go see your doctor could be serious
