How do I positively handle nationalism/racism from Mexican coworkers?

I am a line cook. We now have a group of Mexicans who want to do everything their way.Usually not by policy , procedure or haelth and safety standards. And also now their are a few more of them. They display somewhat racist/fascist attitudes. And the management is to PC to do anything. We get yelled at for their screw ups even. Don't worry been tweaking my resume. I find it mybe better just to seek new oppourtunity down the way. And just keep rollin and ignore the bastards while I'm workin there.
