I need info on how to become a marine scout sniper?

current mos is 0621 feild radio operator i got a deployment in october and should be back around april may if i can id like to put in my packett in afghanistan i qualify in all areas except being an 03xx im willing to put in my reenlistment packet 2 i should talk to my career planner but dont really want to cuz there just gonna tell me to come back when my eas is close so any help would be nice i dont mind reenlisting as an 03 but would prefer to just go to sniper school any help would be nice
