Itchyness with no rash or other symptoms?

Hi, I have been extremely itchy all over my body except my head and neck for several months (since april). I have no rash except for very tiny water/pus filled blister on my hands (between my knuckles and around the base of my thumb). It gets worse as the temp goes up. I havnt changed anything in my diet, i havent changed soaps or anything. Its progressively gettin worse to the point allergy meds only tone down the itchyness...please help :(
