Kia sedona 2006 problems?

Help!!! Yesterday I was driving my kia and everything was fine, then without any warning the car seemed to get louder and vibrate. When the car is stood still it is now very loud, but if I apply the accelerator it quietens down, then when release accelerator gets noisy again. Just wondering if anyone could shed any light on the matter. Please.
