Make pads less noisy ?

I just got my period , this is my 3rd one . I want to know how to make taking off and unwrapping your pad less noisy . When I take it off it sounds like duck tape !! I was so embarrassed to do it at the Coke factory !! Does U by kotex have the noiseless thing ? My cousin has some infinity ones but the dont have a wrapper and it's just a pad . Please help and also the have to be pantiliners I don't use pads because I have a very light flow .Pads are too bulky .
