Owe a shop 41.00 and i dont know why HELP!!!?

Reply to the letter asking for proof of the charge and an itemization of the bill. Chances are you opened up an in-store line of credit and tacked the purchase on there without knowing it-this happens a lot. Pay it if it's your charge, close the account and be more vigilant next time.
