What island and what resort in Greece is recommended? flying from Dublin?

my pal and I are wanting to go on a cheap sun holiday very soon, we want a very nice beach, basic BUT clean accomodation that is not noisy, or full of drunk teens as we are in our 30s !! we dont want to be in resort that is too quiet either....thinking of going to zante island, please can people recommend somewhere as hotel reviews are confusing me.................
