Is the book " Taking charge of your fertility " even worth it to buy?

Hi, I have pcos and have been ttc for 8 years now. I am on metformin and it has been helping bc I did conceive in April but miscarried in June... I have had my levels tested and my re says that everything is in normal range as far as my androgen levels go. I am just getting so upset at trying all the time and failing... The only thing that I have ever wanted was to be a mom and I feel like I possibly will never get to be one.. I was reading on here about that book and I am just wondering if I should even buy it. I just need some tips and advice. Thanks in advance!
